Ouch...

Because free time is hard to come by at the moment for me, what with having a demanding job and family ( like 99% of people I know ) , workouts for me are betting much shorter and faster, higher intensity.

Today I did 12 minutes rowing, sprinting for 100m, with active recovery for 200m. Then, straight to a mini circuit.

Kettle bell swings, Pull Ups and Press Ups.

4 x Maximum reps of each.

Total workout time – 22 minutes. Shower and changed in 8. That’s well worth gettin out of bed 30 minutes earlier !
