Low Carb ?

Some people are lucky and can eat carbs with no real problems. Me, I really have to take care. Too many carbohydrates for me and I gain weight like an elephant.

It’s important to understand your body type before making any dietary changes.

Today I left the majority of the rice in my meal as my gym work at the moment is not intense enough to need the extra fuel, and I want to burn fat not sugar.

I did have a diet coke though, oops…
